Pango updated to 1.48.0

Pango, the GNOME core text and font handling libraries, has been updated. Since pango-1.44 the support for old bitmap fonts (PCF, BDF) has been dropped. Thus, applications using pango don’t support bitmap fonts anymore. For more details visit https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pango/-/issues/386
